Fund Raising Activities
The primary function of the Team is to help both private and listed companies to raise needed capital mainly through equity related instruments. To originate and to execute capital market transactions including pre-IPO investments, debt financing, IPOs syndication as well as joint ventures for Hong Kong, PRC and international clients. The team facilitates not only raising capital for enterprises, but also their business growth by introducing strategic investors.
Equity Sales & Brokerage
The Team also covers equity and equity related products trading business. The Team will occasionally act as matching agent to seek for potential buyers or sellers for private or listed companies to generate matching/handling fee. The matching agent business does not involve in advising on takeover codes or listing rules under the SFO.
