In line with the trading arrangements for maintaining normal operations of the Hong Kong securities and derivatives markets under severe weather1 conditions implemented by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (hereinafter referred to as "HKEX") with effect from 23 September 2024, the Company will continue to provide the following services on severe weather trading day(s)2:

 

Reduction of HKD Prime Rate (P) and HKD Cash Deposit Rate

Thank you for choosing Changjiang Securities as your trading partner.

As most of the banks in Hong Kong decreased the Hong Kong Dollar Prime Rate (P) and Hong Kong Dollar Cash Deposit Rate, we follow to adjust these rates. For Cash Securities Account and Margin Securities Account, the Hong Kong Dollar Prime rate will be decreased to 5.125% p.a., and the Hong Kong Dollar Cash deposit rate to 0.125% p.a.(*), which are effective on 19th September 2025.

The U.S. stock market Closed Early on 3rd July ,2025 and 4th July, Notice of US holiday- Independence Day

Dear Customer:

Independence Day is approaching.The U.S. stock market will close three hours earlier on July 3rd, 2025 (Thursday) (which means it will close after 1:00 a.m. Beijing time on July 4th), and it will be closed all day on July 4th, 2025 (Friday from 9:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the next day). It will resume trading on July 7th, 2025 (Monday). Please make arrangements for transactions and funds in advance.

1st July, 2025 Notice of HK holiday – Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day

HK stock market is closed on 1st July, 2025 (Tuesday) due to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day

Also, The North-bound trading of Shenzhen/ Shanghai Connect will be closed on 1st July, 2025 (Tuesday)

HK stock market will be resumed trading on 2nd July, 2025 (Wednesday)
