Certified true copy of Company Registration Certificate
Certified true copy of Business Registration Certificate (if applicable)
Certified true copy of board minutes evidencing the resolution to open the account and authorising directors or designated persons to manage the account
Certified true copy of latest Memorandum and Articles of Association
Certified true copy of list of directors and shareholders
Latest Annual Return (for Hong Kong incorporated companies)
Certificate of Incumbency issued by registered agent within the latest six months (for overseas companies)
Certified true copies of Hong Kong Identity Cards or passports of all directors and authorised signatories
Copy of latest audited financial statements of the company (if applicable)
Certified true copy of Hong Kong Identity Card or passport (for individual guarantors)
