Established in Hong Kong in 2011, Changjiang Securities Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited was renamed Changjiang Securities International Financial Group Limited in 2017 (hereinafter referred to as "Changjiang Securities International" or the "Company"). Upholding the business philosophy of "Global Finance, Wisdom Gathered in Changjiang, Innovate for the Future, Lead by Value", the Company strives to build itself into an international strategic platform for its major shareholder, Changjiang Securities Co., Ltd.

The Company mainly conducts businesses through its subsidiaries. Among them, Changjiang Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited, Changjiang Securities Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and Changjiang Securities Financing (Hong Kong) Limited are licensed institutions regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. They hold Type 1 (Securities Dealing), Type 2 (Futures Contract Dealing), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 5 (Advising on Futures Contracts), Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses issued by the SFC.

The Company and its subsidiaries are committed to providing clients with comprehensive and high-quality services including securities and futures brokerage trading, asset management and corporate finance. Its securities subsidiary is a participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited.

Brokerage Business - Changjiang Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited

As one of the first batch of participants in the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect market, the Company provides individual and institutional clients with diversified financial services including Hong Kong and global stock trading, stock custody and settlement, IPO subscription, margin trading, QDII and RQFII services. Clients may access major global stock markets via a single securities account to trade listed stocks across more than 13 regions.

The brokerage business has registered steady growth in client base and trading volume, ranking among the top players in exchanges for consecutive years.

Changjiang Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited was awarded the Most Promising Securities Firm in 2013 and 2014, and the Best Performance Growth Securities Firm in 2015. It also won the Most Popular Chinese-funded Securities Firm among Investors in the 2016 Most Popular Greater China Securities Firms selection held by Hong Kong Commercial Daily.

Corporate Finance - Changjiang Securities Financing (Hong Kong) Limited

The firm’s investment banking business leverages differentiated strengths and strives to become a leading sponsor for mid-sized projects. It offers a full spectrum of investment banking services, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, secondary market placements, private equity financing, financial advisory and bond issuance services. Its seasoned management team boasts in-depth capital market expertise and solid capability to independently undertake exclusive investment banking projects.

From 2014 to 2019, Changjiang Securities Financing (Hong Kong) Limited acted as the sole sponsor for the main board listings in Hong Kong of Wai Chi Holdings (01305.HK), Huixin Microfinance (01577.HK) and Persta Resources Inc. (03395.HK), as well as the GEM listings of Winsun Global (08309.HK) and Baiying Leasing (08525.HK). It also provided financial advisory services for Hong Kong-listed enterprises such as Guowei Holdings (02239.HK) and Ronsun Resources (00578.HK), accumulating rich experience in sponsorship for Hong Kong Main Board and GEM listings as well as financial advisory practices.

The investment banking team has steadily enhanced the Company’s brand influence. It was conferred the Professional Investment Banking Service Award at the 2018 Professional Financial Institution Service Awards hosted by Hong Kong Commercial Daily and the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. The Changjiang Absolute Return China (Cayman) Fund was named Best Long/Short Fund at the Wealth & Finance Funds Awards in both 2015 and 2016.
