You may reset your password directly on the login page of CJS International Trading App (mobile app), Changjiang Securities HK Stock Express (PC version) and the online trading web platform of Changjiang Securities Brokers (Hong Kong) Limited. The detailed procedures are as follows:
CJS International Trading App (Mobile App):
Go to the Trading page → select Reset Password → enter your client ID and identity number, then click Confirm.
Changjiang Securities HK Stock Express (PC Version):
Go to the Trading page → select Reset Password → enter your client ID and identity number, then click Confirm.
Online Trading Web Platform of Changjiang Securities Brokers (Hong Kong) Limited:
Go to the Trading page → select Resend Password → enter your client ID and identity number, then click Confirm.
After password reset, your new password will be sent to your registered email address upon account opening. Please check your email and remember your password (you will need to enter the last 6 characters of your ID card number to open the password attachment). Do not disclose your password to others. Do not disclose your password to anyone.
Your account will be locked if you enter an incorrect password three consecutive times during login. To unlock your account, you may reset your password following the above steps, or contact our Client Services & Operations Department during working hours for assistance via Hong Kong hotline: (852) 2823 0388 or mainland China toll-free hotline: 40085 95579.
